-Acct CO 6/2002 --$727--Correct

Report CO as of 9/07--Incorrect, that is my initial dispute date for 2007

Date of Status:

DOFMD OR CO DATE, CORRECT?

***Report reflects first date of disputing in 2007***

Who's responsible? CRAP1 or Experian?

I believe my SOL is up from my date of last payment--11/01

Crap1 claims it is up in 6yrs from the state it originated in, not my current state which is three yrs.

I've Also Rec'd Back From Crap1 A Few Responses To My Dv. I Disagreed On A Couple Things, But I Didnt Argue With--not Now. My Sol Is Up In December FOR ONE STATE But I Live In ANOTHER STATE WITH SHORTER SOL. I Am Getting Conflicting Messages That It Can Be Either One. Since I Am So Ready To Take Experian To The Wringer, I'm Thinking I Should Just Include CRAP1 SO They Cant Come After Me First. What Do You Guys Think? ALSO, DO YOU SUE ALL CRA'S , CA'S AND OC AT ONCE OR DO YOU FILE SEPERATELY? PLZ ADVISE.

DATE OF STATUS = DOFMD OR CO DATE, CORRECT?

Status date will reflect when the tradeline was last updated. If you disputed and it was updated in September, this makes sense.

Looks like your DOFMD was in September, 2001. Did you make your last payment around August 2001? If so, it looks like SOL has run.

P.S. Your posts are really hard to make sense of with all the CAPS!

My bag on the CAPS!!! I last paid them Oct 01. IMO DOFMD is 11/01.

Shouldnt I dispute them on reporting my CO date for this year vs 6/2002?

Seems though the CRA's have pledged allegiance to the crap!!!

This account should fall off in 11 mos...Crap one will keep an acct open for 8-10 monts b4 it is Co'ed....just keep an eye on it and make sure that the DOFD is not changed...

CO as 2007 is just an act status...they will do that for the next 11 months until it falls off....concentrate on the other baddies on your CR

Fyi: Crap1 is the king of reporting accounts. There little present too you, just because they care.

I had them report monthly for almost three years on a debt. When if finally fell off, the Crap1 Tl took up one entire page.

Yes, they can report every single month that you owe the money. Their not re-aging the account there only updating that you still owe the money.
