lzeballos
I'm new to the site, broke and was not given due process. Please help! I'm from California and have two questions: the SOL is 4 years from the last payment made to OC. Can a CA be awarded a judement after this time? If so on what grounds. Amerikaner83
Moved your Q to it's own thread. To answer your Q - Yes they can. You would have had to use SOL as an affirmative defense when you were sued. SOL is not an automatic "stop".
