shannonharvey
Hi All,I’ve been dealing with AmeriCredit for what feels like forever…..I dispute…and they leave on my report a statement “customer disputes information on file” or something along those lines….this has been this way for months……I’ve read a post suggesting that someone in a similar situation was able to have an item removed from their report simply by contacting them and speaking to the laws around this…..My problem, is I don’t know what to say or how…can someone here provide some insight to this…..perhaps with a form letter that speaks to this or some suggestions as to what I should say to these people to get this removed?Thanks-Shannon
Ahntara
"...form letter..."Avoid those and work toward understanding. The knowledge you gain will serve you much better. Start by reading the stickies. Once you have some background, post specific (and brief) questions. Make use of your newly attained credit wisdom to evaluate the advice...
