merkurfan
I had one other HSBC app out there, I applied for the Union Power card because I am a member of the UBEW even though I am no longer in the field. I used the credit pull data base at different site to find out they pulled EQ (by far, my best report) When I verified my ID for the orchard card the must have applied that to all my apps..Now.. Does the below mean I am actually going to get this card?? I applied with Citibank and have not got a denial in the mail. is there a way to check with citi online?Congratulations! Your application has been approved. You have been approved with a credit limit of $ 2000. Thank you for choosing us as your credit partner. Your online application is now complete. You will receive a confirmation email with customer service information. The email will also contain instructions for checking the status of your application if your application is currently in review. merkurfan
god I hope so. I'm as giddy as a school girl 12 months ago a bank would not loan me a dollar with a 10 dollar bill as collateral. Now, I have 2 car loans totalling 45K, 11,000 in avaliable credit and scores flirting with 600 on 2 reports and one that is getting darn close to 700. merkurfan
actually.. No..I burried the negitive in my Bu in to a Chrysler 300 touring. It was brand new never titled but had 12K on it. So the dealer was making deals on it I got it for asking price with my negative rolled in (all 6500 of it!) plus since it was new, never titled it qualified for the 0% and the lifetime power train warranty.I should add that while I have the chrysler, I have not got a final approval on the loan. I figure if they can't get it done, I'll just keep driving it until they ask for it back
Moneedshelp
great deal. wish i could find the 0% on something, but not holding my breath on that yet. Applied to hsbc they gave me a 15.15%. I was like WTF. Tried my credit union. Can get 6.35 on a 72 mo loan or 5.95 on a 60 mo. on the same amount. Want an 06 or used 07. Looking at an explorer with 3rd seat or tahoe or something else with room. we have been traveling with too many in the 04 explorer i have now. I know the gas may kill but we need to be comfy. merkurfan
I hate to say it Moneedshelp, because my wife wanted it more than I did. But I actually like the Mazda5 we got her. Great car, LOTS of room, good get up and go (ya. it's a 4 cylinder but really. go drive it, they are quick) and man oh man, bang for the buck! They are out there in the 12-15K range with 27K or less. I've had 4 adults and 2 kids in mine comfortably on a 2 hour trip. We got 29 MPG on that trip using the cruise control. You owe it to yourself to at least test drive one. Make sure it's a touring model. They are much quieter than the sport on the highway.back on topic. HSBC said I can only have one of their cards right now and canceled the Orchard for me. At least I still get the Union Plus card. That one had the 2K limit. I was going to cancel the Orchard anyway. I don't wana pay the anual fee for a 300CL when I have a 2K one for no AF. merkurfan
I owe the 2K limit to those here that helped me, the person at a different board that suggested Kays and that original 1500 bucks i paid 40 dollars to crown for.oh ya, and the idiots at CSC that could not investigate a booger at the end of their finger in 30 days let alone a TL (that is how I got all my baddies off EQ, I disputed and called on day thirty to yell TIMES UP!)
