ann l
Also...I am filling out the paper work to "vacate a motion" (see "Is there a lawyer in the house?" Re: Help in vacating a motion), and something occured to me. I spoke to the CA once...he called and stated his business, I sad nothing except "stop calling me"...he repeated my request and a few weeks later I was sue to arrear in court. I never recieved any paper work or information from them whatsoever, shouldn't I have gotten something from them before they can drag me to court? hopelesscred
users of Eq monitoring appear to be the common thread...and many have reported that charge appearing on their statements.I called EQ today and they said the matter has been referred to their fraud dept. Basically I think someone hacked into their system and got thousands if not millions of CC numbers and charged small amounts in the hopes no one would noticeThis a small 4.95 charge --Digimarket or myliberia is the name

kevin3344
This is a very real scam. I just noticed a charge this morning from this same company for $6.95, my CU is investigating. I have EQ Credit Watch Gold and Scorewatch, if you have either of those two products (or any other for that matter) I highly advise you watch your charges closely.Check out http://redtape.msnbc.com/ and click on "E books, cc theft and Equifax". As well as the link in OPs post.
