onlybrad
I have a friend that disputed about 10 of 25 accounts listed in the BK on his credit reports and all of scores dropped like 50-70points.Why is that? Is it because the "LDA" is more current?
willingtocope
FAKO's or FICO's? Remember that FAKO are based on the "CC's can make money off this sucker" scoring model...the fact that your friend knows the FDCPA counts against that. onlybrad
FAKO's or FICO's? Remember that FAKO are based on the "CC's can make money off this sucker" scoring model...the fact that your friend knows the FDCPA counts against that.It was his FICO pulled by a mortgage broker. I have reviewed the first reports & now the latest ones & the scores are 70points different. So the FDCPA states that is against the law to lower credit scores for disputing? So there is no way that disputing could have lowered the credit scores? Also my friend doesn't know the FDCPA counts against that... Confused a little! onlybrad
Well after further review their was 97,931 in installment debt before and now there is 219,963 in debt. Also there is another 60 day late and 90 day late. Also only one of the scores dropped 60points the other one dropped 7 and the other one went up 6 or 7 points.
