Rick9972
FDCPA allows 1,000 per action and the number of actual violations does not matter. If a CA committed 6 violations could I file two cases in small claims court. 3 violations per claim and get 2,000?Was just thinking about this and was curious. Thanks

Rick9972
So in poor KY hillbilly words:1. You cannot have seperate suits for items that can be reasonably be tried in one judicial proceeding.2. You cannot have the same two parties of a suit, involved in a second suit of a similiar subject matter. ie FDCPA. Unless new material/violations occur after the origianal suit.Is this right?
