Need to speak Engles to an Ex rep

Never have called EX before but need to call and raise hell!!!! 3 inq in the last 2 days, 4 counting that were unauthorized in the last 2 months.... I am not applying for credit these days-WTF!!!! I have a FA which must be worthless-who the h$### is citidfs???? I need to call a human in the US-any numbers???? I swear, I am going to ice them!!!!

I believe this is Dell Financial Services. Are these soft or hard inquiries? If they are hard inqs then you could be dealing with ID theft here. Are you sure your FA has not expired? Definitely call and check on this.

Also with ex, if you don't have a report number. your NOT talking to anyone. (the fraud department might be the one exception) when I call I give the computer my report number then just keep telling the system AGENT. I always get someone on the phone with this method.
