brokeinok
Here is the link to the Rules of Civil Procedure for the Commonwealth of PA.http://www.lccpa.org/rules/lccpa-rules-civil-procedure.pdfAs for the actual form of the answer, call the court clerk's office and ask if they have a template. Another good resource is the local library. They should have reference books or be able to point you in the right direction.
admin
You can take a general answer format and modify it for PA. There is a sample answer in the stickies above.
Jen16226
Well.....I have an appointment with a lawyer today at 2.My husband travels ALOT for work, so if this thing does go before a judge, he very well might not be here to appear, hence getting a lawyer.I have questions to ask him, thanks to the information on this board, just to see how much he does know his stuff. Another thing with this is that we are in a small town and although this is not in small claims court, I know I do not want to be the one showing these issues and having to point out case law to the judge if he does not have expertise in this area. I will leave that to a professional.I am scared and nervous about it all......I think moreso than my husband.I did do an answer just in case and figured I would show it to the lawyer.
