onlybrad
I have been helping somebody with their credit and they Citimortgage is no longer reporting on their credit reports with the CRA's. Although when their credit was pulled again recently the Citi-Mortgage is showing that EQ & EXP is still reporting...How can this be?The LDA/ last report date is 09/07 which was done by EQ according to the Tri-merge report pulled but it doesn't appear on the lasted reports we have on file which are no more than a month old. That's why it's best to rely on the actual reports from TU, EX and EQ versus a 3-in-1.

They go by the Tri-merge not the CRA's reports. I think EQ is reporting the 07/09 date so it is reflecting on their tri-merge couple report that was pulled as the lastest status. Man...You just a puppy... Aug.2007. I have been around since Aug 2005.

Ahh yes, I may be a puppy who has been on the forums for two years less than you...But...I've had the debate here in my State with friends of mine who also happen to be underwriters based upon threads I've seen in the forums. If the consumer informs them that the information on the 3-in-1 which they pull conflicts with the actual information contained within each individual report, they take those individual reports into consideration during the underwriting process. Well, this one doesn't... If it didn't I wouldn't be here asking the question.
