Has Anyone Had Dealings With This "douglas Burgess" Law Firm Out Of Ny?????

My wife and now my Brother-in-law have been getting messages from this "Law Firm" in Western New York trying to get a hold of me about a "Pending" case against me. I researched this guy and find lots of post under his name for "renting" his law firm for unscrupules debt collecting and for doing the same from Canada with out a license.

I have a cheap lawyer on retainer and am thinking about having him call this place back tommorow. Is this the right step in this type of matter?

Has anyone out there delt with this organization before? I could use some advice

Send him a letter saying that you are represented by an attorney and to contact them.
