Brain and fingers in concert???

Recommended Posts

Just reading posts and realizing that very often my brain must be outracing my typing fingers by several minutes.

I look back at something I posted with a glaring typo and think.... how the h*** did that get there? Funny how my brain sees it correctly while I'm typing.

Anyway, back to working on my answer!

i read somewhere (don't remember where or who wrote it) that a study was done showing that if the first and last letters in a word was correct, the brain sees the word as is should be. they showed a whole paragraph with the letters in the middle of each word scrambled, and suprisingly one could read it with little difficulty. :dunno2:

For whatever reason (possibly b/c I swear too much), everytime I write out the name, "Chris", there's this instinct to add a "T" at the end. So when I publish meeting attendance at one of the meetings I go to for work, the guys named Chris suddenly become Christ

Okay.... but splain that snugglebug thing!
