jacdux
In my previous post i stated that i had receive a complaint from HSBC lawyers for a small debt of 1300 dollars.Actually after several readings around i realize to take little bit of more time, to send a written response affirming my hard financial situation and probably also the discovery request to make sure the amount is correct and proof about the calculation of the balance.Unfortunately the only way to fill a response paper is to go in court? or there is any way to find in this web site a written response form so i can print it out and fill myself before go and deposit it to the clerk?Hopefully somebody will be able to let me know about any forms i can find on line or web sites link asap, thank you again for your help people .:-(
someonesomewhere
Do I take your post to mean you've been sued by HSBC? Have you answered their summons and complaint?
