PFD's & CRA's

I recently disputed 3 collection accounts online with the CRA's and they came back verified within 10 days. I want to send the CRA's copies of the DV letters I sent to the CA's (to which I have received no responses) as part of my addt'l request to dispute but in my DV letters I also offered a PFD settlement since I'm trying to get rid of these accounts any way possible. Will the CRA frown upon the PFD request or can I still send them in?

Any advice is greatly appreciated.

THe CRAs don't care about your DVs to the CAs. THe point of sending the DVs and then disputing with the CRAs is to "trip up" the CAs. And you did just that. Instead of listing your TLs as "disputed", they came back "verified", right?

IMO- follow the flowchart: http://www.creditinfocenter.com/rebuild/debt_validation_workflow.shtml

and from Dive's Primer:

"There is no time limit for the CA to reply to your letter. They can simply do nothing, and are not in violation. That is why requesting reinvestigation through the CRA is important. It forces the CA to either violate by re-reporting an invalid tradeline, or allow deletion. Get more copies of at least one report that has been re-reported and save it."
