Just want to verify as I have read several different things....

1. Do I go the the CRA with discrepencies first and then after investigated start DVing the CA?? or

2. Do I do both at the same time? According to the flow chart, I do the processes at the same time, but shouldn't we wait to see what comes off in the first round before contacting the CA??

Thanks!!

Use this thread to start:

http://www.debt-consolidation-credit-repair-service.com/forums/showthread.php?t=276514

Dispute first with the CRAs, to see what comes off and what is verified, then repeat the process following the flowchart- so disputing with the CRAs while DVing the CAs at the same time- the point of this is to make the CA "screw up"- they should reply to the CRA as "disputed" once you have DV'd, however- most do not and reply back to the CRA as "verified"- that's a violation.

Read thru that thread several times until you can practically recite it.

When I began doing credit repair- I kept that thread, the FDCPA link, the sue your creditors link, and the flowchart minimized at all times so that I could refer back to them- until it finally all "clicked"

also, I am going to split up my discrepencies to the CRA. Now, when I write my 2 or 3 letters, do I send them out one at a time and wait for the results or do I send out 2-3 letters all at once.

I really appreciate all of the help. This site is a "life-saver".

It's easier to send one letter with a CLEAR listing of 3-5 TLs that you dispute and why, then wait
