CA shows with no name

Hello,

I have a couple of listings on my CR that only show 'Collection' and an account number, i.e. Collection (682RT63748) . There is no company name and no contact information on the report.

How do I find out who this is?

BTW, in process of disputing with CRAs...need info to send DV.

There were two like that on GF's reports on Equifax, disputed them as no knowledge of account. When they sent a copy of the updated report through the mail, it listed the account details.
