hotdurangochic
Ok here goes..I have an account that was sent to collections. Then that same account is sold to another collection agency. Now for a fourth time. In the mean time all of the above including orginal debtor are all reporting. Is this really legal??? I have 4 different derogatories that hit me every month. What do I do? sgip2000
The account can legally be reported twice. Once by the OC, and again by the current CA. If prior CA's are still reporting, dispute as "Duplicate".
