Moneedshelp
Not sure if this is the right forum, but here goes.I moved so I needed to get cable. Called suddenlink and after various calls decided to just take the current deal. So they run my info, and the girl says, " Well look at you, you must have good credit because you don't need a deposit." NOW THAT FELT GOOD. Deposits had been required last year for EVERYTHING!! Not sure that credit is "good" as of yet, but it is improving.Thank CIC for all of your help and assistance!!"good" credit is in my future! Moneedshelp
I never thought i would see the day you would have to have a certain amount of credit to watch a tv,that is soo sad lol......I agree Krash and to think we will all have to have a certain type of tv soon.I jumped ahead of the transition and got the 1080 we talked about some time ago. samsung 46in. I like it. Still not sure I needed to pay that much for a tv though but i'm loving it!
Fizzle1979
hmmm.... Timewarner doesn't run a credit check and never requires a deposit. They tend to not credit you for service when it's down, ever after calling them and telling them to issue credit they say yes but still do not issue credit. They are on currently dealing with the wrath of Fizzle!
zfire
Two words: GET DISHI had a temporary lapse of sanity last year and tried out TW...shut down my dish...etc.........and one month after the 6 month trial period I am back to Dish.I fought with TW..now comcast more than should have been necessary, just to have working internet, and tv for the grandaughter. I guess DSL finally being available here sort of helped too
