brokeinok
I'm almost done with this thing. According to court rules here, all exhibits and cases cited in the filings must be attached to my answer for the judge to review. Do I have to also attach these to the copy of the answer going to opposing counsel? Seems like if they want my exhibits, they need to ask for them in discovery and I certainly don't see why I should look up case law for them. There is nothing in the court rules that addresses this issue, just that I have to provide it to the judge and to deliver a copy of my answer to the opposing counsel within 24 hours after filing it. cjtx
your exhibits are incorporated by reference as part of your pleadings, so you need to provide a copy of everything to the other party.
