EdwinRamos
I've read several threads here, where issues on debt come up regarding family member's with the same name, namely the senior, junior issue, where later in life, senior passes away, and junior is being hounded by CA's on seniors debt, and/or Junior has several unpaid debt's and senior is being hounded by CA's for the debt's.Is there a way to make certain senior and junior's credit files with all the big three don't get interchanged with one another, and cause such problems later down in life?? momof5
Yeah...give your kid a different name.Actually, from what I have seen, the mix up occurs only when an adult JR lives (for any amount of time) with the SR....or SR steals JRs ID or vice-versa....The CRAs link 2 of 3....name, SSN, addy. If JR never lives with SR after JR begins getting credit, it is unlikely there will be a mix up.Case in point....my brother and father constantly had this problem....my brother is a boomerang kid.My son and his father....ne'er the twain shall meet and the files are not mixed.
