lucky3
Ok, which SOL do i fall under. All my debt that i have that i plan on trying to fix was acquired when i lived in NC. I now live in AK(Alaska). Ive been here for 3 years and am a resident of the state. So would I have to go by my state of residence or by the state the debt was acquired in and went into bad standing in.Some advice on this would be appreciated.Hey also. I have some charge offs that are going to fall off in two years and three years also. should i bother with trying to get that DV and removed or just wait out the two years since it might take that long anyhow.Thank you all for anyhow helpful info you provide. lucky3
Sorry, i see that this is a pretty redundant question on here. I see that your state of residence is the state SOL you go by. Sucks for me, did live in NC and now in AK. AK SOL is longer.
