The one issue I need an answer for is what do I use instead of my tax returns for the past 2 years. LoveToGod Posted January 6, 2008 Report Share Posted January 6, 2008 Hello, If you have not worked for the past two years then there is no income to document. There are places on the schedules to document student loans as debt and financial aid grants as other income, but if you have no employment income you can put unemployed, and just explain to the judge that you are a full time student that is not working.
