thebone
I have read many threads and have heard both but would like to find out what I should do. I'm starting my first letter to the CRA for a DV and I have a bunch of negative TL's. Should I send a letter for each TL or put more or all in the same letter? Is there a number that is to many TL's per letter? Would it be easer for record keeping with a single TL per letter? I have also followed a number of links to sample records but not sure if I have found the right one. I am sorry if these questions have been asked but I have spend a few days searching this site and forum. VeVe
You don't DV a CRA. You dispute. DO NOT send a separate letter for each item you're disputing, and do not send a new dispute before you have results from a previous one.As to how many items to dispute at a time, I say for your first round, dispute as many as you want to (some people here disagree with this). For subsequent disputes I would just do a few at a time and keep them spaced apart (again, don't submit a new one until the previous one is closed).
