Look out she's walking!!

Recommended Posts

I'm feeling old. :(

My pumpkin, who is 10 months has taken her first steps.

None of my kids walked at 10 months but she will be walking by next week I'm sure. She took 5 unassisted steps and then 7 more to DH. She turns 10 months today! :p

Not to mention while I was calming her as she displayed one of her most recent skills, testing her vocals by screaming at the top of her lungs :?, my 6 yr old daughter came running to me exclaming she had just made her first bottle. She hands me the baby bottle she has just made while I was trying to calm screaming baby and she has measured the formula to water perfectly. She is so sweet to help her mama while I was trying to calm baby down. I actually first thought her big brother had helped her. He was nowhere in sight! My babies are growing. :(

Seems only yesterday my 6 year old was just starting to walk herself! Did I say I'm feeling old today??:?

Ya settling in Newbie?? How's the new :bedjump:

YAY!!!!!!!!!! I love the new bed!!!!!!!!!!!!! And the dresser!!!!!!!!! And the armoire!!!!!!!!!!

So fabulous! The new couch and stuff is being delivered next week.

DH is freaking out about all the cash we've spent in last few weeks though! But he has stopped hyperventilating. Thank goodness 'cause there is still so much to buy.

OK-to say the least, my credit at my old age???? No water breakage, maybe mild incontinence:)How sad...I have a 19 yo and 22 yo- one was speaking in in five word sentences at age 12 mo, I kid you not-still as bombastic and articulate at 22 (shut up!) and the 19 yo walking at 9 months and tearing her clothes off at 10 months-you want that picture development at 19 yo????

have absolute fun because this is really the best years.....they really are unique...at about 10 yo nobody cares what they did as babies and they become aliens about age 12-13. Thankfully, they become more humans at 19 and on.......

Awww Musey...thats my favorite age.......

Enjoy them.........time truly does fly by........My baby is 20 ....2 down and she will be the last to fly the coop.......Even tho its quieter around here, sometimes we miss having them around. Then we sigh......and we're over it! We had kids when we were very young, so we are still young enough to enjoy ourselves and they all live close by..........My middle son, calls me everyday........I don't think he realizes that they cut the cord!!

I joke that they won't leave me alone, but in all honesty, I'm grateful......Even though they didn't come with a manual we must have done something right..........

Now if someone told me that I was pregnant........HA HA they would be putting me in a rubber room......no way would I want to do it all over again...........Now I just enjoy everyone else's kids

I was just talking to MIL about this today after DH called to tell her the news! She insists on periodic phone calls since she is in Vermont and doesn't want to miss anything with the kids. She had 2 and kept saying she could not imagine 4. I can't imagine how my mom raised 7! I'm grateful for my kids too!

<bleeach> usually I steer clear of these "look my baby farted, everyone love him" threads...

but I gotta admit that first walking is a very decent memory every time.

Don't give me any ideas clever. Normally I don't post about every little thing, however, this baby is different. She's a bit of a CIC'er herself. I posted when I found out I was pregnant, updated on CIC, posted when water broke and thinking about it now, did I actually text Chase while in labor? Sheesh!

I sometimes feel I owes those members a little news on Baby Musey once in a while. ;)
