YoUrFrIeNdMiKe
Is the best method of sending disputes to CRA's by itemizing several different entries in one letter?and if one has a gazillion negatives on one's credit report, so how often should a letter like this (with completely different disputes) be sent out to each individual CRA?any input appreciated. Amerikaner83
Mike - It all depends on your situation. Some would say all your neg's on one bureau on one letter. I personally do about 5 neg's per letter, per bureau. And it's best to send out another round of disputes once you've gotten the results of your prevoius round. YoUrFrIeNdMiKe
i need to wait until all of my results are in before sending out more letters. i have all of my letters already written and dated into march.thank you.
willingtocope
The general rule of thumb I prefer is that if its something you may have to take to court, dispute one item at a time. No since giving the other party more information than they already have.
brokeinok
ditto... if it's just wrong name, get rid of the late payments or whatever, i'll include those in one long letter.if it's a jdb or something that looks like it will eventually be going with me to the courthouse, then i will do a whole separate letter just for that one.
