CaliStar
So I sent an untimely DV to the CA and within 3 weeks I recieved a letter from them saying they will investigate and provide me with the documentation when they have it , it has been 30days since that letter. How long should I wait for them befor sending them another letter. I'd appreciate any suggestions Thanks !
Amerikaner83
if they're NOT on your reports...give them all the time they needif they ARE on your reports...that's up to you. I"d probably do an FCRA Section 623 Investigation...forces them to get back to you with results within 30 days or FCRA violation
CaliStar
Ok Thanks I will do that , they are on my reports , since the letter it is now being reported as disputed and that raised my score considerably. Thanks
Amerikaner83
realistically though, according to the FDCPA they don't have to do anything else. they don't have to get back to you...ever. That's why I'm a fan of the method I spoke about earlier.
