rmuse00
You cannot DV a gov agency as they are not bound by the FDCPA. Here is a post on paid judgement you can look at. Do a search on "paid judgement" and you might find threads on how some were successful in getting their paid judgements off their CR's .http://www.debt-consolidation-credit-repair-service.com/forums/showthread.php?t=274024&highlight=paid+judgementHope this helps. Divine, one more thing to add to this. When I filed online i always filed as Satisfied AND Vacated. I've had almost all my judgements removed from the CRAs using this method.
