You cannot DV a gov agency as they are not bound by the FDCPA. Here is a post on paid judgement you can look at. Do a search on "paid judgement" and you might find threads on how some were successful in getting their paid judgements off their CR's .

Divine, one more thing to add to this. When I filed online i always filed as Satisfied AND Vacated. I've had almost all my judgements removed from the CRAs using this method.
