thorice
How long does it takes TC to start b_mping inqs off credit report?
Jason
It took almost three months for me. You can do a search in the search bar for more info. Some people it worked right away, and others it has taken a few months. I did read from another member before that it technically does not work. So my suggestion is just try it.PS. I updated everyday.
whocares
Depends in how many pulls you already have....I think someone posted one time it was like 85, and then it starts bumping...

Magdalen77
How long does it takes TC to start b_mping inqs off credit report? For me, after a month and half of daily pulling and pulling maybe 2 or 3 times weekly before that, 11 out of 19 inquiries were bumped. Those first 11 bumped in the first month. Since then nothing, the last 8 have stayed there for these past two weeks.
lovelydria
I had 22 with TU when I started in 09/07 and now I have 3 01/08!!! They started falling off like crazy!!! I love Truecredit!!!!

isislc
I have an account with PM and CD. This gave me 2 pulls a day. I saw bumping in less than 30 days of pulling my CRs.
betam4x
I found a bug in truecredit that let me update as often as i wanted, however they fixed it pretty fast (I was pulling 3-4 times a day ) and i haven't seen if they fixed it permanently yet (the bug was bookmarking the page with the big update button )
momof5
It really depends on how many softs are currently on your report. For me it took 3 months of pulling to start getting *b. When I started pulling BFs, his started *b'ing within DAYS! (lucky dog!)YMMV:mrgreen:

momof5
I had 145 softs + hards when *b occurred. If you have EQ's membership, the Inquiries page shows them all - so you can count them. Right now I lose softs daily. That is the down side of opting out. no more PRM softs for me. Right now I have 128.BTW, they will max out your TC pulls at 85 soft INQs. After that, they delete the oldest and add the latest.

justagirl003
I signed up for TC last night and I've seen all the posts about bumping and was wondering how to do it. Do I just log into TC everyday until inquiries start coming off? Is that all there is to it?

stefdr
It took about 3 months for me, I started out with I think 14 in July last year, now I don't have any. I disputed all the EQ inq away, still showing 16 on EX but 4 of those will be gone by the end of Jan.

kb9tbq
Not working for me. I have around 50 inqs on TU and 41 on EX. I've been pulling daily since mid december. It has been a while since I used bumpage on the credit reports, but when I did it took a few months of soft pulls and I stopped when I was down to just a few left. I have heard of people getting that monitoring service shut down if they pulled too much has any one here had that problem yet?

isislc
I haven't been shut down yet. Although I did use two different login names for the 2 CR monitoring services I use for bumping. Still been doing it for a few months now and all my TU restrictions were removed a couple of weeks ago. I'm thinking that they track you by username because when I got booted the first time, I was already bumping for 6 months.

isislc
Isislc How long did it take before you started seeing Bumpage?Well, I'm signed up with 2 credit monitoring services. One is Privacy Matters and the other is Credit Diagnosis. I picked those because they are sister companies and if I get banned again from one of them, it's guaranteed I'm banned from the other. That still leaves me other monitoring sites I can still go to for bumpage. These 2 also allow a pull every 24 hrs each. Last benefit with these guys is that you can cancel with PM and get it for free for a year. It looks like when I cancelled I also got the benefit of getting Credit Diagnosis for free also. I have not paid a penny on these two since I signed up with them. As for the time frame... When I pulled twice daily, I actually got bumpage at 28 days. Then continuing to pull twice every day gave me another bump every 3rd day.
