And why shouldn't be verified - it's PUBLIC INFORMATION and it's FACTUAL !

The only way to attack a bankruptcy is to dispute any INACCURATE details of the tradeline. Some people get lucky and get the BK deleted, but most do not. Even those that get lucky, there's no guarantee that it will stay gone.

I think there's not much hope of getting rid of a BK that's only 2.5 years old. Maybe after 5 years, once files to go the archives, you might have a chance.

I have some questions below but DIVINE these may be something you can use also- I just need a answer from Ladynred...please..........

I noticed on my discharge papers they have the same SSN for my husband and myself..so i looked on pacer search for hubby under his SSN- NO MATCH- i put mine in and we both come up...would this be grounds to get my hubsbands removed from his credit reports? I searched by his full name and it shows but just with last name it doesnt..and not by his ssn. even the case # said invalid number- so should i mail the pacer search results to the CRA"S showing no results?

His is listed on EQ & TU, not on EX. Also listed as individual debt...
