can i dispute accts as "too old" even if they were in a bankruptcy?

The date opened is irrelevant to the reporting period. If the account was delinquent when you filed BK, then that tradeline can be reported for 7-1/2 years from the date of first delinquency, and will fall off before the BK itself does. If an account was current when you filed BK, then the reporting period would run from the BK filing date.
