tmac01
I haven't had any disputes with the CRA's in over a year and remember reading somewhere on this forum that can be to your advantage, is that true? I'm one of those who has gotten down to my last few baddies then it just stopped. It has been near impossible to get these removed and I have tried everything except sueing ! whocares
Yes the advantage is that you were not labeled frivolous...Go ahead and dispute them again...maybe they will not respond and then you get your delete...
tmac01
So Whocares do I just do another dispute letter with the last 3 baddies all on the same letter ? Do I still do a simple "not mine ? " They are old Providan accounts that were opened in 2000 and keep re-aging. The last time they re-aged was in July 2005, the DOLA should be in Dec. 2001. The other acct is a $300 dental collection that I have proof I paid but the CA doesnt care ! I have disputed these accts a hundred times and next to Cap 1 they have been the hardest to make dissapear.....Hope I can find a remedy, Thanks
