A couple of questions for OH and CA experts

I really have searched, and I have some info to answer these questions but need some clarification.

Do telephone accounts fall under the UCC in both OH and CA? (and therefore are subject to the four year SOL)?

If not, can someone let me know what these accounts are considered for SOL purposes in both OH and CA?

If the account was held in OH but I am now a resident of CA, which SOL would currently apply *if in fact they are different*?

I am getting ready to send a FOAD letter out, but I really want to make sure I am right about SOL before I do.
