mayormyk
I just disputed items on my CR and got my first deletion of a supposed returned check. BUT, one day later I got the bill from the returned check company asking me for the balance I supposedly owe. ($55.09)Now what? can't they just re-report it? The "bill" I got apparently is a reply to my DV.......what should I do now?Can I tell them to get lost or do I now have to do something further with them? ImaBird
Congrats on the delete......wish I could help, but I'd like an answer to this question, too...
mayormyk
Thanks, it helps. This journey is confusing and a bit overwhelming sometimes. Hopefully one of the "masters" will reply soon. I don't want to lose an opportunity if there are some kinda time restraint that I need to follow...... merkurfan
Once deleted, they have to send you a letter that it's been reinserted (if they reinsert) most times they forget to do this and you can attack the CRA for it.
whocares
Yes they can rereport it, and to all the CRA's I'd just negioate to PFD...55 is not that much money...and they can take you to court and get a judgement...they are very hard to get rid of
mayormyk
But what do I do about the CA? Can I tell them to get lost? Apparently they never sent verification to the CRA, (I guess thats why it was deleted...)
