Okay,

now maybe someone has seen this or done this when writing their dispute letters so if you have then sorry ! What I was thinking was that if you know that an OC like PROVIDIAN or a CA like MIDLAND always re-age's the DOLA everytime you dispute their TL couldn't you just add to your dispute letter to the CRA's what the DOLA is ? I mean couldn't you just point out that they keep re-aging and if they do it again that it is a violation to include this information on your CRA ? Just send the CRA's a copy of your CR and highlight the DOLA so the CA's and OC's can't change it and if they do....VIOLATION !!!!!.....Am I missing something here ? Any help is appreciated.....

WTC then what is the DOLA ? I have always thought it was the Date of Last Activity and since I havent used the CC in almost 6 years then how can the OC change that ? DOFD or DOLA if its wrong on your CR then its a violation Correct ? Thanks......... :)

I have an account on EXP showing Account details will be removed Dec 2009. I defaulted in April 2001 and never became current. I disputed online and they deleted account but later updated as valid. CRA said I must contact CA
