At&t Cbc

anyone had any luck with CBC the OC AT&T... this is one of the last 2 negs in my reports. They started reporting 5 months ago so it really hurts and its a really long wait. I tried DV, no response, have a follow-up letter ready.

Anyone had luck dealing with AT&T directly? Is CBC in house for them?

I did a search on AT&T most said BBB :(

Your DV was obviously untimely, therefore they don't have to do a thing when they receive your letter...Not surprised that you haven't received a response from that. As far as the age on the account, if you're not willing to enter into some type of PFD with the OC, it's still pretty new to attempt to get this off if it's legitimately yours...AT&T keeps pretty good records from what I understand, so they could easily pull up a contract with your signature on it.
