To Whom it May Concern:

Me

SSN xxx-xx-xxx

Address: 00 Xxxxxxxx Ln. town, Xx xxxxx

DOB: xx/xx/xxxx

I've just reviewed my credit report and have noticed there are several inaccurate items on my report:

Company- Acct: xxxxxxxxxxx:

This account shows has been through collections but I have no knowledge of this account or debt.

Company- Acct: xxxxxxxxx:

This account is listed as being “unpaid“. I have no knowledge of this account or debt.

Company Bank: Acct: xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx:

This account is listed as being 30 days late on two separate occasions and also two “unknown” payment . I have never been late on this account.

Company Credit Union: xxxxxxxxxxxxxx:

This account is listed as being 30 days late on three occasions and also one “unknown“ . I have never been late on this account. Also this account ahows up twice on your report.

I have sent this letter certified mail because I need your prompt

response to this issue. Please be so kind as to forward me

documentation that you have on these accounts or debts.

If you find that I am remiss, and I have had these accounts or debts, then please send me proof of this.

I have enclosed a copy of my driver's licence as proof of identity.

Sincerely,

Thanks

This is a dispute letter being sent to the CRA's? Anyone reading this should take note that the CRA's aren't going to send you any type of documentation because they don't have any. Period.
