LeslieR
I am writing to hear any and all experiences with this CA. A search yielded only one thread about them, dating back to 06. That thread said very little. This is a San Diego, CA-based CA (JDB, I believe).Any experiences and success stories in particular would be appreciated!! LeslieR
Crap, I'm sorry. Coffee has not worked yet.N/P. This is a mystery company -- no threads here, can't find anything on the ripoffreport, and really can't find anything other than their website online about them. sgip2000
They're based out of Louisiana. They sent me a letter for a 10+ year old debt. DV'd them and they disappeared.
LeslieR
According to the BBB profile, they claim to only have 30 employees. That's a pretty small operation.

LeslieR
Elrey, there's nothing really to look "at." I was just looking for some general advice as I'm not willing to post my specifics just yet on this particular situation. What I can offer you, however, is that the BBB of San Diego county worked quite well for me in a dispute with another CA (Midland). Part of it is Midland's willingness to cave because they know their debts are uncollectible in many cases.I can also tell you that this CSC ignores the law as well as CMRRR letters. I have chosen to go back to the CEO of the OC to complain about their practices and request assistance. But my situation is pretty outrageous and it's a large amount. Otherwise, I would follow the papertrail -- mail CSC, complain to San Diego BB, CA AG and see what happens. Good luck
