jetscarbie
Just wondering.....I work in a store and deal with credit card transactions all day long. Since I've started my credit repair.....I pay attention to what credit cards customers use.:p:pI can't help it. I'm addicted. Some guy came in the other night and used an Orchard card. I was wondering is he was a member here. 2 weeks ago a woman used a Hooters card.xdancexxdancexxdancex I came close to asking her if she was a CIC member but then I had to remind myself that millions probably have those cards.Do yall pay attention to what credit cards people use? c m chase
I work in a hospital pharmacy and I do! Everytime I see someone with a Capital One card, I feel a great sense of pity. They're cancer patients AND they have Crap1. Double whammy!
JMVandals
Yes!!! It started with my friends and now its turned into random people I'm noticing. My friend (here in college) has an Amex Delta Skymiles and I couldn't help asking. Turns out, he's an AU on his parent's card. I was curious how a 21 year old who's never really worked got it, I couldn't help asking and we're close enough to ask I guess. Moneedshelp
I dont really have a chance to look at others cards, but I did see someone with an orchard card the other day. She was like me with a wad of cards in a rubber band.

Hate the 6 inquiries from trying twice but managed to land 1k with 0 interest and auto CLI in 3 months. So far my best card by far. They range from subprime to very prime depending... mine's somewhere in the middle I suppose. Yeah I notice the cards... sometimes there will be a bill for like $150 in co-pays and they hand me an Orchard... somehow I always brace myself for a denial... amazed when it goes through. rmuse00
I use to do that all the time too when I worked at our bookstore. When I would see new cards I hadn't seen or heard of before I did everything to not ask what their scores were and what CRA they pulled. jetscarbie
I have to bite my tongue to keep from asking people personal questions...or offering them advice. One lady I work with just hired a debt place to help her with her overwhelming amount of bills. One teenager (I know he is b/c he tried to buy beer but I Id'ed him....no, no, not on my watch) He decided to buy a case of coke and some gas. He pulls out over 5 CC and says...."they are all maxed out. Let's see which one will go through" He got excited when Citibank went through. I got sad. lovebug5
Whenever I see a card I've never heard of, I have a habit of looking at it as though I'm a kid in a candy store. From what I hear from my DS (Dear Spousey), my eyes get all wide and my jaw drops a bit...Especially if the card is shiny and has a fun logo on it. LOL! Even worse is when they don't have insurance and the price is $50 per pill for a pain med. I hate when they walk out saying they just can't do it. JMVandals
I have to bite my tongue to keep from asking people personal questions...or offering them advice. Not offering advice was tough for me too. I used to work for T-Mobile activations and when a person had a delinquent previous account I had to tell them to call the CA. About half would actually I'm assuming and the other half seemed to have the attitude of "my credit is horrible and I thought I'd try, I'm not calling them". Either way, they needed to be directed here!

Most of the other normal stuff is super cheap.
