2001Badyear
Why do you think they changed it?

brokeinok
What exactly did they change to adjust that date it'll fall off by a year? I'm not seeing what exactly caused that? The open and close dates are missing from the second entry.
TTigggers
I'm not sure. I just noticed that the removal dates are 1 year apart. I have looked at my reports several times and just caught this today. Not sure what I should do about it. I am hoping that it will help me get that CA removed. On my Eq CR The DOLA was reported as 02/2003 on both
2001Badyear
Yeah, I see that now. Wasn't there ealier in your post, was it?12/09 vs. 12/08 is a year off. Do your calculations show that the DOFD is 12-2001?If so dispute with the CRA's as inaccurate. If verified, Arrow will be in violation then DV them to see what they do.Also, call the CRA's and see what they show as the DOFD. They have that, but rarely post it on the reports. Elrey26
You know.. I had the same situation with Arrow, but when the original debt fell off so did Arrow. I had planned to dispute it but when I pulled my reports it was gone. I would search a little bit through the forums as I've read quite a few posts about people dealing with account reaging, which is a MAJOR violation of the law if you can prove it. Good luck and keep us posted...
2001Badyear
Send a copy of the CRA report with your dispute and highlight the BS. You want all this with a paper trail now so you can document any violations. Reaging is without a doubt a violation and you now have a hard copy of that. brokeinok
To add to what BadYear (my favorite dog) said.... you also need to file another dispute with the CRA, in writing CMRRR, and send a copy of that asking them for an explaination.
