For a while, they didn't have a speed limit, at least in the daytime. stefdr Posted January 21, 2008 Report Share Posted January 21, 2008 "Arizona state budget counts on anticipated speeding fines to help erase a projected revenue shortfall."In Ohio a few years ago, raising the speed limit for trucks was up for consideration again and was shot down (states with a split speed limit have more accidents involving cars and trucks where the car driver is at fault by the way). One sheriff in north western Ohio actually stated on the news that he was against raising the truck speed limit because his county would lose too much revenue from speeding tickets issued to trucks. Got a speeding ticket in Oct-$256.00 plus traffic school. I'd like to go to LV but could never explain that to the BF-Hello, my name is.....I am a closet CIC junkie with poor(well now it is fair) credit...someday, there may be a 12 step program...SIGH....
