Equifax 3-in-1 monitoring, I think it's a scam

Recommended Posts

I was looking for a way to monitor my credit report. I thought This was a good deal when I sign up. It was for a 3-in1 monitoring system with unlimited access, sound good. It was for $12.95 a month so I signed up and got my first report. It wasn't what I throught it was suppost to be, and now I have been unable to cancel it. I have written,called,E-mailed,nothing, and they still get their money every month. I think this was a big scam, what this company fails to tell you is the report you get is only for one date. To get an udated one you have to pay extra 14.95 everytime. So I guess the $12.95 fee is for storing the old one and you get unlimited access to look at that. I feel so stupid for signing up for this and now I can even cancel it. Don't get me wrong I think monitoring you credit is a good thing just don't do it with this company. Any helpful feedback on how I can cancel this would be great.

In the meantime $12.95 is being taken by them for nothing. HELP!!!

Thanks,:confused:Bethbabie
