I will vote for her next time. Maybe you guys need to let your AG know how IL is taking care of business and put them in contact with her. She is a bad mama yama. Arrow has an old ID theft collection from 1999, original creditor was HSBC. I gave them everything, an identity theft affidavit with the local police report number (I even had the nice policeman sign it) and my identity theft complaint with the Federal Trade Commission. I sent this all CMRRR and they got it. I also sent the same information to Experian (and they got it). Arrow has the nerve to verify. They know it's an old debt and out of the SOL for collections and reporting. They now also know that it's a result of ID theft. That still doesn't stop them. Hmmm, I think I'm going to contact the IL AG's office and tell them I would be delighted to testify against Arrow. I still have the TX AG and the PA AG to go to with this stuff (when in doubt report to everyone you can think of). I will suggest that they look into Ms. Madigan's suit. They sold this debt to another collection agency and I received a notice just a few days ago and opened the mail and was LIKE WTF who do I OWE 9k to.
