I would say 620+

You will have to double check what rate your loan officer can/will offer, but if you decide to go FHA, score is not so much an issue as FHA is not score driven.

Do you know what your scores are now?

Ive been quoting anywhere from 5.5-6.25% for a 30 year fixed lately, one being FHA. Anything more than that....I would question.

Just my opinion. Your circumstances could be different and you need to verify that with your LO.
