NYMatt
Has anyone ever used this as a defense when being sued ? It doesn't seemlike a good defense because I think the law regards being judgment - execution proof as a temporary state. Opinions ?
gator944
Dude,Please clarify Judgment Proof. Do you mean they can't get blood from a turnip? They can still get a judgment and exercise it later when you have the means or property.

Opinions ?Not a good defense at all since any judgment can be renewable forever in your state. The judge will laugh at you for that kind of defense and tell ya to get a job. Yes, it's considered a temporary state. They'll get ya one way or another.
