How can I dispute with EX when I can't dispute online, and my calls aren't returned??

I am in special handling, and special handling never EVER will call me back.

My online credit report is locked down so that I can't dispute anything.

I was thinking about going CMRR, but now I hear that I can't dispute via CMRR?

I can't believe this!

What do I do?

Thanks

I would try sending them a letter none the less, see what happens.

Keep trying to get them over the phone though. If you continue to have problems you can dispute with them through the FTC they have a dispute referral option. www.ftc.gov

If that don't work you might ask in the lawyer section what they think can be done to fix the problem.

I'm guessing that you think you can't dispute via CMRR anymore because of the post about EX no longer accepting mailed disputes. That information was incorrect. After several of us looked at the basis of the thread we found that the OP had mistook "email" for "mail". So yes, you are still able to mail in disputes to EX.
