lovebug5
They tell you 4-6 weeks, in general. At least that's what they told me, what they say on the internet, etc...
kb9tbq
You can forward the discharge to the credit reporting agencies and they can have the balances updated within 35 days, sooner if you are going for a home loan I have seen them return results back 2 weeks. If you have more time to mess with the credit repair then hold of sending the discharge. Dispute the errors asking for deletion. You might get lucky and dispute some accounts off of the credit report.
jq26
Mine was reported the same week. Except for my credit union. I wrote my credit union a letter telling them they were in violation of the bankruptcy discharge and they just removed the IIB account. To this day, its the only deletion that I've ever received. I'd give it a month, then write each CRA a letter telling them you want your free annual credit report. Do not pay. They will each send them to you for free.
