WickeDay
I am trying to make some address labels, with a picture, but when I go to "format object" and choose square or tight, the damn picture dissapears. It won't let me use text boxes either. Anyone know about this stuff?
WickeDay
I think the problem is in word, there was an option to place text in front of the picture and then you just space bar it over. I'm wondering if I do it in word, on my desktop, if I can then open it in works and it will work? I don't think so.
CleverCynic
Usually I use "insert" then browse for the picture, it shows up huge, resize it and move it onto where you want it.
Amerikaner83
Works sucks.Do you have a previous copy of the Word program? May just want to reinstall it.
DHK
If it's a serious problem, you can send your computer to whocares. Just be patient in the turn around time. Seriously, works sucks big time. However, if you have a REGISTERED copy of works, I *believe* you can upgrade to MS Office (2003 OR 2007) using the upgrade package. Check the requirements before you buy, but upgrading would be a great improvement.Plus, most of us can help you with Office!
