Not unless it's better than your state's SOL.

Either way, you should argue that the more friendly of the two applies to your case ... ambiguities in contracts should be construed against those who drafted the contracts. And I bet the contract doesn't specify which state's SOL, or whether one state's procedural law or substantive law will be used ... lack of specificity dooms them.
