win270
Have CC agreement in it says that this agreement will governed by another states laws. Should I use that states law of SOL?
flacorps
Not unless it's better than your state's SOL. Either way, you should argue that the more friendly of the two applies to your case ... ambiguities in contracts should be construed against those who drafted the contracts. And I bet the contract doesn't specify which state's SOL, or whether one state's procedural law or substantive law will be used ... lack of specificity dooms them. win270
Nope does not specify anything. Just states:" Applicable Law.This Agreement Will Be Governed By Virgina Law and Federal Law"friendly of the two , Looks like Virgina is more kind. Thanks a bunch flacorps
