US bank had me reported as included in bankruptcy when in fact it was reaffirmed loan. So I contacted them sent the proof and they sent me a letter stating the fact (Please update the above listed account to reflect previously included in bankruptcy Chapter 7 discharged 12/04/06) to the three credit agencys. does this mean my all three of my reports will show on the payments for the last 1 1/2 of payments or what. I need to understand what will appear on my reports.

Oh, so it was a copy of a letter sent already to the credit reporting agency, but it looks messed up if they are asking to report bankruptcy.

It can take up to 30 to 60 days for updates unless they rushed it. I would keep an eye on your reports for the change and if it don't work write to the credit reporting agency yourself.

So how does it report, as IIb/ paid in full or do they remove the IIB notation because the reaffirm in essence removed it from the BK? I have that situation with a vacant land loan. We reaffirmed in our chapter 7 and not one on time payment is reported. We sold the land and paid off the property in 2003. So I disputed with the bureaus and told them that if we weren't getting any credit for our on time payments and paying the loan off in full, the the fall off date should be when we filed our chapter 7. I contacted the creditor and she said she sent an update to the bureau but she didn't say if the account would still have the derog notation of bk on the file.
