Gravity357
I've read alot of threats but without a clear answer. Has anyone had any luck redisputing with Experian after you get a letter back saying "Item previously verified?" If so, what was the magic trick?
2001Badyear
Can't re-dispute with same reason. Always has to be different or they mark it frivolous.

I just plain and simple get "Item previously Verified." I so wish I could take a super soaker into their NOC.

Yeah it's a paid settlement from Capital One. I got it off og Equifax and TU but Experian is evil. I'm thinking I need to take the fight to Capital One. 2001Badyear
Find whatever you can that is different. Amounts incorrect, incomplete information. Not mine is done for now, but can try that again every 6 months or so.
isislc
I don't remember who it was but they posted that when they get the "previously verified" response then they send in a letter requesting that all the information is verified for its completeness and accuracy. He has a sample letter of what he asks for. I would do a search if I were you. If I can find the post I'll update this response.
